Danscape offers pet safe, organic mosquito and tick control programs at a price that can't be beat. Our programs are custom designed to your preferences to help you take control of your yard again. Our application works best when applied every 2-3 weeks, and we are in and out in no time at all, allowing you to enjoy your yard with little disruption!
Our service will eliminate 85-90% of the mosquito and tick population. You still may see some mosquitoes at peak times. On rare occasions depending on the species of mosquito you may see a sudden burst of activity at sunset for 20-30 minutes then the activity suddenly stops. If this is the case we can adjust the treatments to address this, but there will always be that short period of activity.
Bark mulch is a major area of harborage for Mosquitoes. If you put down new bark mulch after our treatment you may have mosquito activity as a result. It is best to plan your bark mulch just before our treatment.
Our product unfortunately does not work on May Flies. If you see tiny, biting, black flies sadly there is nothing we can do. These flies are typically gone around the end of may.
Our service typically only takes around 10-15 minutes.
Our product does not wash away in the rain. There is no need to cancel or postpone service if it rains before or after our service. The only time we cancel our service is if it rains during our treatment. Sometimes you will see an increase in mosquito activity after rain because of the additional moisture and water. This is what the mosquito needs in order to breed. Be sure to address standing water between treatments to help reduce mosquito breeding.
You can cut or water your grass any time before or after the service. Cutting grass or watering has no impact on our treatment.
There is no need to cancel or postpone your treatments due to other contractors. We will work with, or around them without causing a costly interruption.
Please make arrangements to have your pets indoors during treatments. After 15-20 minutes the product will be dry and you and your pets can have the yard back!
Air conditioners DO NOT need to be turned off during treatments.
Windows DO NOT need to be closed during treatments.
